I’m Haley — a Harvard‑trained environmental health specialist, former U.S. Navy Environmental Health & Safety Officer, and NYC hospitality operations expert. I built Grade A Health & Safety to give restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups the kind of protection, clarity, and operational confidence that only comes from deep scientific training and real‑world experience.
